Applicants, please review, follow and provide the necessary
BAND BLAST application entry period closes at 7:00 p.m. on November 10, 2011. All applications, fees, & recording samples must be received (not postmarked) by
the above date and time to be considered eligible for International Band Blast.
As a part of your application process, please print and return
the following materials, in either hard copy or electronically, as appropriate. The application can be found
clicking on the navigational page marked Band Blast Application, after the Rules & Guidelines.
A. Completed Application. Needs to be signed by the Band
B. Each application shall be accompanied by an application fee of $20.00 per band member or up to $100.00 for a 5 person band.
C. Please send application fee in the form of a money order or cashier's check made out to Images Theatre Company. (Personal checks not accepted)
D. Promotional Group photos.
E. Media reviews, if available.
F. Each band and/or solo artist that is competing is required to submit electronically (preferred) or hard
copy, a video presentation of a minimum of 3
songs. Audio is accepted, video
G. List past performances.

Please mail all of the hard copy materials with the appropriate amount money order or cashier’s check

If forwarding the video or audio recording electronically, please email to Ms. Lisa

With the email audio/video presentation, please include the name of all band members
including vocalists in the body of the email. Also, please identify the designated band leader and the primary contact
person’s email address and phone number.
If your band is selected, you will be contacted by email and given a performance time for either November
25th or November 26th.
You must confirm via by email by November 20, 2011.

All performing acts
shall be contacted via email by Gary’s International Booking Agent within 30 days concerning their future opportunities
and the potential of their performing at Garys
Gary’s occasionally hires vocalists to play with local bands in Japan.
If interested in applying please mail the information listed above in 6, with the exception of the application fee.
Your application and DVD shall be reviewed and
if appropriate, placed on file in the event that solo vocalists are needed in the future.
